Terms & Conditions

• This promotional campaign is offered by Ooredoo Money in Qatar to eligible SME employers, including new, existing active, and inactive employers who successfully reactivate their Ooredoo Money Merchant Wallet, subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable regulatory approvals.
• For the purpose of this campaign, an eligible SME employer must hold a valid Qatar Commercial Registration and satisfy Ooredoo Money’s business onboarding, KYC, and compliance requirements.  
• The campaign consists of two separate promotional components: (a) a fee-waiver benefit on salary SIF file submissions available to eligible new, existing active, and inactive SME employers who successfully reactivate their Ooredoo Money Merchant Wallet, and (b) a monthly cash-prize draw available to the same eligible SME employers.
• The fee-waiver benefit is open to eligible SME employers in any of the following categories during the campaign period: (a) new employers that open an Ooredoo Money Merchant Wallet during the campaign period, (b) existing active employers with an eligible Ooredoo Money Merchant Wallet, and (c) existing inactive employers that successfully reactivate their Ooredoo Money Merchant Wallet and meet Ooredoo Money’s reactivation and compliance requirements.
• Under the fee-waiver benefit, the first three (3) salary SIF file submissions successfully processed through the Ooredoo Money Merchant Wallet during the campaign period shall be free of the applicable per-SIF processing fee, regardless of the number of employees included in each SIF file. For existing active employers, only eligible SIF files successfully processed on or after 5 September 2026 shall count toward the three (3) free submissions; submissions processed before the campaign start date shall not count.
• Each eligible employer/Merchant Wallet is entitled to a maximum of three (3) successfully processed, fee-waived SIF submissions during the entire campaign period.
• Standard published fees shall apply from the fourth (4th) successful eligible salary SIF file submission processed during the campaign period onward. Ooredoo Money reserves the right to apply its prevailing tariff for all subsequent submissions in accordance with the published tariff and applicable approvals.
• The monthly cash-prize draw is open to eligible SME employers that fall within one of the following categories during the campaign period: (a) new employers opening an Ooredoo Money Merchant Wallet during the campaign period; (b) existing active employers; and (c) existing inactive employers that successfully reactivate their Ooredoo Money Merchant Wallet and meet Ooredoo Money’s reactivation and compliance requirements.
• For the purposes of draw eligibility, only salary SIF files successfully processed through Ooredoo Money Merchant portal as an approved payroll/WPS channel shall qualify as eligible transactions. Non-payroll transfers, failed files, reversed files, incomplete files, and any file not accepted for successful processing shall not qualify.
• An employer that has already used all three (3) free salary SIF file submissions may still remain eligible for subsequent monthly draws, provided it continues to submit eligible salary SIF files that are successfully processed during the relevant month and comply with the terms and conditions.
• One (1) draw shall be conducted in each calendar month of the draw schedule, for a total of six (6) draws, with three (3) separate winners in each draw. The monthly prizes shall be QAR 5,000, QAR 3,000, and QAR 2,000, awarded to three separate winners.
• The applicable campaign period is from 5 September 2026 until 4 March 2027, unless amended, suspended, or terminated earlier subject to the prior approval of MOCI.  
• Entry criteria for each monthly draw shall be as follows: (a) an eligible SME employer qualifies for a given month’s draw upon at least one (1) eligible salary SIF file being successfully processed through its Ooredoo Money Merchant Wallet during that calendar month; (b) each qualifying Merchant Wallet shall receive exactly one (1) entry in the relevant monthly draw, irrespective of the number of eligible SIF files successfully processed during that month; and (c) an employer that has been selected as a winner in any monthly draw shall be excluded from all remaining draws during the campaign period, such that no employer may win more than once during the campaign.
• Winners will be notified via SMS and/or official communication within three (3) business days of the draw date. Cash prizes will be credited to the winning employer’s Ooredoo Money Merchant Wallet after successful verification. The prize cannot be assigned or redirected to another wallet or third party.
• Winners will be announced on Ooredoo Money’s official channels, including the Ooredoo Money website and official social media platforms. The winner may be required to provide the necessary documents or information to verify the identity of the business and its authorized representative before the prize amount can be credited.
• Ooredoo Money reserves the right to disqualify any employer, reject any SIF submission, withdraw any fee waiver, reverse any prize entitlement, or take any other appropriate action where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, sham payroll activity, fabricated employee records, invalid submissions, misuse of the campaign, breach of applicable law, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. Any such action shall be taken in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and any required approvals.
• Ooredoo Money employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign. Ooredoo Money may amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these Terms and Conditions in accordance with applicable law and subject to any required prior approval from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI).
